The Stolin District Executive Committee will provide rental housing under lease agreements to citizens who have a priority right to it, from among: - judges, prosecutors, as well as civil servants in accordance with the list of state positions that give the right to receive rental housing, determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus and state civil servants in the event of their move to another locality in connection with appointment (election) to state civil positions; - young workers (employees), specialists who received education at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets, who arrived by distribution, sent to work in accordance with an agreement on the targeted training of a specialist (worker, employee); - employees upon appointment to a position in the event of their move from another locality, provided that there is no equivalent replacement for the vacancy among the employees in the given locality; - persons sent to work in organizations in accordance with an agreement on the training of a highly qualified research worker at the expense of the republican budget or an agreement on the training of a highly qualified research worker on a paid basis, scientists, as well as the faculty of higher education institutions and employees of cultural organizations; - sports coaches and teachers of specialized educational and sports institutions, secondary schools - Olympic reserve schools; - coaches of national teams of the Republic of Belarus in sports; - medical, pedagogical, creative workers, cultural workers who have concluded a contract for a period of 5 years, if the need for a specialist is confirmed by the heads of structural divisions of the regional executive committee, city executive committee exercising state powers in the fields of healthcare, education, culture (the procedure for confirming the need for specialists is determined by the decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated March 25, 2021 No. 176 "On the procedure for confirming the need for medical, pedagogical, creative workers, cultural workers"); - medical and pedagogical workers; - social service institutions providing inpatient social services; - healthcare organizations providing palliative medical care in inpatient settings. Applications from citizens who have priority right to receive rental housing will be accepted at the "one-stop shop" service of the Stolin District Executive Committee (Sovetskaya Street, 69) from 04/08/2026 to 04/22/2026. You must have your passport with you. A citizen with a priority right to receive rental housing must attach to the application for the provision of rental housing an individual petition signed by an authorized person in the form approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 31.12.2014 No. 1297 "On the provision of rental housing". Rental housing is provided in the following order: - to judges and prosecutors, on a priority basis - on the basis of separate lists of judges and prosecutors formed by local executive and administrative bodies, no later than six months after their appointment to office. Lists of judges and prosecutors are formed on the basis of individual petitions of courts and prosecutorial bodies sent to the local executive and administrative body in the locality where the judges and prosecutors are serving; - young workers (employees), specialists who received education at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets, who arrived on assignment, sent to work in accordance with an agreement on the targeted training of a specialist (worker, employee), - on the basis of individual applications from government agencies and other organizations to which the said specialists are assigned, sent to work; - employees upon appointment to a position in the event of their relocation from another locality, provided that from among- judges and prosecutors, on a priority basis - on the basis of separate lists of judges and prosecutors formed by local executive and administrative bodies, no later than six months after their appointment to office. Lists of judges and prosecutors are formed on the basis of individual petitions of courts and prosecutors' offices sent to the local executive and administrative body in the locality at the place of service of judges and prosecutors; - young workers (employees), specialists who received education at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets, who arrived on assignment, sent to work in accordance with an agreement on the targeted training of a specialist (worker, employee) - on the basis of individual petitions of state bodies and other organizations to which the said specialists are assigned, sent to work; - employees upon appointment to office in the event of their move from another locality, provided that from among- judges and prosecutors, on a priority basis - on the basis of separate lists of judges and prosecutors formed by local executive and administrative bodies, no later than six months after their appointment to office.
