In Belarus, income from the sale of mushrooms, berries, medicinal plants, and other wild products is exempt from income tax. However, certain conditions must be met, as stated by the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. Income tax is exempt on the following income: from the sale or harvesting of mushrooms, medicinal plants, wild berries, nuts, and other fruits, as well as other wild products to organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the industrial procurement (purchase) of such products; and from the sale of such products to other individuals.
