You can obtain up-to-date information on legal entities and sole proprietors (check the status of a company or sole proprietorship) by contacting the One-Stop Service of the Stolin District Executive Committee and submitting an application to complete administrative procedure 18.18 "Providing information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietorship." The following documents must be attached to the application: - a document confirming payment of the fee. The procedure is completed within 5 days from the date of application. The amount of the fee charged during the implementation of the administrative procedure: free of charge - in case of requests for information on business entities engaged in activities related to the employment of citizens of the Republic of Belarus abroad, the collection and dissemination (including on the global computer network Internet) of information on individuals for the purpose of their acquaintance, activities to provide psychological assistance, as well as requests for information for the purpose of protecting consumer rights, calculating pensions, social benefits and other social payments; 1 basic unit - in other cases for each copy of the extract for each legal entity, individual entrepreneur; 0.5 of the basic unit – in case of providing an extract in electronic form through the web portal of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (except for the provision of information on business entities engaged in activities related to the employment of citizens of the Republic of Belarus abroad, the collection and dissemination (including on the global computer network Internet) of information on individuals for the purpose of their acquaintance, activities to provide psychological assistance, as well as the provision of information for the purpose of protecting consumer rights, calculating pensions, social benefits and other social payments). The validity period of a certificate or other document (decision) issued (accepted) during the implementation of an administrative procedure is indefinite.
