 Stolin District Department of Internal Affairs Honors A board meeting of the Brest Regional Executive Committee's Department of Internal Affairs was held yesterday in Brest, attended by Ivan Kubrakov, Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus. The day's topic was the results of the operational and investigative activities of the regional internal affairs agencies last year, and their objectives for the coming period. Following the consideration of the agenda items, a ceremony was held presenting state and departmental awards, special rank shoulder straps, and challenge prizes to units that achieved the highest results in operational and official activities. Among the best was the Stolin District Department of Internal Affairs, recognized as the best in its category based on its performance in 2025. The award was presented by Major General of Police Oleg Shulyakovsky, Head of the Brest Region Department of Internal Affairs, to Lieutenant Colonel of Police Maxim Lukyanchik.
