The government has amended the mechanism for the "For Home Products" preferential consumer lending program.

  The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin. Council of Ministers Resolution No. 139 of March 25, 2026, "On Amending Resolution No. 992 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2023," introduces a requirement for manufacturers interested in selling goods under the "For Home Products" preferential credit line to hold certificates for their own production. Such certificates are issued by organizations of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The current list of goods (35 product groups) remains eligible for lending. However, a specific list of manufacturers is not provided. Preferential lending is also available for spa treatment services provided by spa organizations located in Belarus.
