 THE ONE-SHOW SERVICE OF THE STOLIN DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE informs about the functioning of the Portal for the rating of organizations providing services that support the vital activity of the population, and (or) carrying out administrative procedures. The rating portal provides an accessible way for citizens to express their opinion on the quality of services rendered to the population by government organizations, thereby contributing to the improvement of the quality of public services. What is the purpose of the portal for the rating of organizations? In order to ensure a transparent and objective mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of organizations in the Republic of Belarus, a portal for the rating of the quality of services and administrative procedures rendered by organizations of the Republic of Belarus has been created and is operating. It is available on the Internet at the address: http://качество-суров.бел. The rating of organizations creates an additional incentive for improving the quality of work with the population and promotes the development of an open dialogue between the government and the population. How is the rating of organizations formed? The rating of organizations is formed based on the assessments of citizens who have received services from a particular government organization. Access to the questionnaire for such an assessment is provided on the portal by using one of the provided search mechanisms to select the organization of interest and click the "Rate" button. For each completed user questionnaire, an average rating is calculated for all criteria contained therein. The final rating of an organization is the average rating for all completed questionnaires related to that organization. As a result, these ratings form a rating of organizations based on the quality of their public service on the portal. How do I find an organization on the portal? Organizations can be found on the portal in any convenient way: using the search bar; in the list of organizations; on the map (in the "Rating" section); by area of ​​activity and category. How do I fill out a questionnaire? To fill out a questionnaire about the quality of work of an organization of interest, find the organization on the portal and click the "Rate" button on the organization's page. Why do I need to register? Registration is required so that users can leave their ratings on the quality of work of government organizations of the Republic of Belarus. Without registration, you can view the generated rating of organizations, any graphic information in the "Infographics" section of the portal, or participate in surveys posted on the portal.
