 From 00:00 to 24:00, the sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of retail sales in public catering facilities on tap: May 23, 2026, in connection with events aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing and combating drunkenness and alcoholism, and timed to coincide with the "Last Bell" ceremonies; June 12, 2026, in connection with graduation ceremonies at general secondary education institutions; September 1, 2026, in connection with events aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing and combating drunkenness and alcoholism, and timed to coincide with the "First School Bell" ceremonies. The restrictions specified in part one of this paragraph shall not apply to the sale of alcoholic beverages by retail outlets for wedding celebrations and ritual ceremonies.
