Manages the administrative and economic activities of the district executive committee.
Interaction with the city and rural executive committees.
Supervises the following issues:
coordination of the work of the structural divisions of the district executive committee, city village executive committees on issues of compliance with the Regulations of the district executive committee and the Internal Labor Regulations;
coordination of activities on issues of the functioning of the "single window" service;
monitoring the implementation of the annual work plan of the district executive committee;
monitoring the execution of documents of higher authorities in the structural divisions of the district executive committee, city village executive committees, enterprises, organizations and institutions of the district;
monitoring the implementation of decisions of the district executive committee, orders and instructions of the chairman of the district executive committee;
preparation, holding of meetings of the district executive committee, including off-site meetings;
preparation of district executive committee materials, control over the dissemination of district executive committee decisions to executors;
preparation, holding of district executive committee staff meetings, including off-site meetings, preparation of relevant documents;
coordination of the activities of district executive committee structural divisions, city village executive committees on issues of informatization, information and communication technologies;
control over the implementation of the provisions of the Brest region informatization program in the district;
acquisition and further operation of computer equipment, software, software and hardware complexes in district executive committee structural divisions, city village executive committees;
organizational and economic support, reception of delegations (foreign, government and other state authorities and administration);
transportation services for the district executive committee;
maintenance and security of district executive committee buildings;
supervision of repair and construction work in district executive committee buildings and structures;
control over the rational use of materials and funds allocated for business purposes;
regulation of public procurement;
registration of restricted correspondence marked "for official use only", ensuring its safety, sending it to structural divisions for execution, monitoring its execution;
management of the work of service personnel;
work of the archive on personnel;
labor protection and labor relations in supervised industries.
Carries out general control over the fulfillment of the requirements of:
Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2014 No. 5 "On strengthening the requirements for management personnel and employees of organizations";
Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2004 No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline";
Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population";
Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2007 No. 3 "On Priority Directions for Strengthening the Economic Security of the State".

State Institution "Stolin District Archives";
Notary Office of the Stolin District of the Brest Notary District.

the department for registration of acts of civil status of the district executive committee;
the secretary of the reception of the district executive committee;
the leading administrator of the databases of the district executive committee;
technical workers of the district executive committee;
the accounting and reporting group of the district executive committee (in terms of powers delegated by the chairman of the district executive committee);
the chief specialist in the protection of state secrets (in terms of ensuring the secrecy regime and maintaining secret office work).
