Dear payers!
The Ministry of Taxes and Duties reminds that from July 1, 2025, changes regarding the use of cash registers and other equipment when accepting means of payment will come into force, namely:
on the use of cash register equipment that meets new legal requirements;
on connecting cash register equipment, which ensures recording of the necessary information and its transfer to the cash register equipment control system;
on expanding the list of cases in which business entities are required to use cash register equipment;
on expanding the list of objects (types of activity) in which (in the implementation of which) business entities need to use payment terminals.
