Manages the socio-cultural complex, information and ideological work;
- implements state policy in the field of labor, social protection, tourism development, demographic security;
- organizes work with management personnel, personnel reserve and the population,
-implementation of state ideology, socio-political information, analysis and forecasting of the socio-political situation in the region, elections, referendums,
- interaction with local Councils of Deputies, political parties, veterans, youth, religious organizations and other public associations of a socio-cultural nature,
Coordinates the activities of the media and work with citizens' appeals regarding information.
Management of the development of education, culture, healthcare, social protection, physical education, sports and tourism.
Supervises issues:
healthcare;
education;
culture and art;
physical culture, sports and tourism;
youth policy;
family and gender policy;
health improvement and sanatorium-resort treatment;
coordination of work on the preparation and conduct of elections and referendums in the region;
political parties and public associations;
coordination of interaction with trade union organizations;
activities of branches of creative unions;
regulating relationships with religious organizations;
protection of historical and cultural monuments;
international cooperation in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities;
timely payment of wages in supervised industries;
labor protection and labor relations in supervised industries;
labor protection and labor relations in the area;
activities of territorial public self-government bodies;
coordinating the activities of prevention subjects to comply with legislation on crime prevention;
functioning of voluntary squads and public law enforcement points;
reforming supervising organizations and their liquidation;
organizing work with appeals from citizens and legal entities, carrying out administrative procedures, including the application principle of “one window” for the supervised industry.
