Manages the agro-industrial complex and processing of agricultural products.

Supervises issues:

 

- providing the population with food;

- supplies of agricultural products and raw materials for state needs;

- board of management for agriculture and food;

- Agro-Industrial Union of the region;

- agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations of the region (various forms of ownership);

- peasant (farm) farms in the region;

- reforming organizations of the agro-industrial complex;

- training and advanced training of agricultural personnel;

- provision of forest areas for lease;

- environmental protection;

- use of land resources;

- provision of fishing and hunting grounds for rent;

- labor protection and labor relations in supervised enterprises of the district;

- international cooperation in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities;

- state regulation and management in the field of use and protection of lands of agricultural enterprises;

- timely payment of wages in supervised industries.

commission for the preparation of materials on consideration of land disputes;

a commission to consider applications from citizens to confirm the possibility of locating a peasant (farm) enterprise and the proposed location of a land plot for running a peasant (farm) enterprise;

other commissions, councils, working groups on the supervised industry, created by the district executive committee, the chairman of the district executive committee.

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 11, 2004 No. 1 “On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline”; Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 27, 2006 No. 2 “On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population”;

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2007 No. 3 “On priority areas for strengthening the economic security of the state”;

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2019 No. 6 “On rural development and increasing the efficiency of the agricultural sector.”

Provides general guidance for the implementation of:

State program for the development of agricultural business in the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 11, 2016 No. 196;

State program “Environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources” for 2016-2020, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 17, 2016 No. 205.
