The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Natural Resources) informs that in the period from May 1 to June 30, a republican review competition for the best improvement of a surface water body (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is being held.
For reference: The instructions on the procedure for holding a republican review - competition for the best improvement of a surface water body were approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources dated September 19, 2022 No. 47.
The competition is held annually in three stages in two categories:
“The best improvement and maintenance of a recreation area on a water body among government organizations”;
“The best improvement and maintenance of a recreation area on a water body among water users providing recreation and tourism services.”
Please note that participants are not required to submit applications; the first stage of the Competition in two nominations is conducted by local executive and administrative bodies as part of the acceptance of the readiness of recreation areas on water bodies for the spring-summer season (from May 1 to May 31).
