In accordance with paragraph 5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 2, 2015, No. 3 "On promoting employment", able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy pay for services determined by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus at prices (tariffs) that ensure full reimbursement of economically justified costs of their provision. The standing commission for coordinating work to promote employment of the Stolin District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the commission) informs that as of 01.12.2025, a database of citizens not employed in the economy (hereinafter referred to as the DB) has been created. To clarify whether a citizen is in the DB, it is necessary to personally contact the commission or use the Unified Portal of Electronic Services "E-pasluga" (service "3.33.03.2" has been operating since 2018). Every resident of the district who is not employed in the economy and who needs assistance in finding employment, receiving advisory, methodological and legal assistance on employment and self-employment issues can contact the commission. We additionally clarify: in order to avoid erroneous inclusion of citizens in the database, we recommend that all citizens (those working in private farmsteads, those working outside the Republic of Belarus, those under civil law contracts in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, those engaged in individual entrepreneurial activity, those who are in a difficult life situation, etc.) promptly provide the commission with documents confirming their employment (in accordance with paragraph 21 of the Regulation on the procedure for classifying able-bodied citizens as unemployed in the economy, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 31, 2018 No. 239, citizens shall submit such documents IN PERSON).
