The Stolin Interdistrict Inspectorate for the Protection of Flora and Fauna reminds amateur fishermen that every year, from October 1 to April 15, in accordance with the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated February 19, 2013 No. 6, amateur fishing is prohibited in the fishing grounds of the Stolin District reserve fund - on the section of the Goryn River in the Stolin District from the Dubrava fish hatchery to the Berezhnoe - Rubel bridge-crossing, 7 km long, and from the apiary of the agricultural production cooperative Novaya Pripyat (red pass sign No. 22) to the confluence with the Pripyat River.
We remind you that the current administrative legislation provides for administrative liability for violation of the rules of fishing and fishing, harvesting of other aquatic animals, which provides for an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of up to 30 basic units with confiscation of fishing gear and other items that were a tool or means of committing the said violation.
Dear fishermen! In order to avoid making unfounded claims to the bodies implementing state control, we would like to recommend that you review (study) the Rules of Amateur Fishing.
