Decree No. 5 "On Amending Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the Implementation of Administrative Procedures" has been adopted. These changes are aimed at reducing bureaucratic barriers and actively developing digital services. Diagnostic stations have been abolished as mandatory locations for issuing vehicle permits for road use. Car owners can now obtain these permits electronically through the unified electronic services portal "E-Pasluga." Furthermore, this document is no longer required for verification by State Traffic Inspectorate officers. Its validity is confirmed in databases. "Obtaining such a document on paper is no longer necessary," the company noted.
