When it's illegal and what are the penalties? In Belarus, there's no direct ban on photoshoots in blooming fields, including rapeseed fields. However, damage to the plants can be punishable by law. Breaking or destroying rapeseed shoots can be considered intentional damage to property. Under Article 11.3 of the Administrative Code, such a violation carries a fine of up to 30 basic units.
