For the attention of tax agents, the Tax Ministry Inspectorate for the Stolin District informs that Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 25.04.2026 N 201 "On Amending Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution N 201), among other things, amends the Regulation on the Submission of Information on the Income of Individuals, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated 07.04.2021 N 201 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation N 201) (subparagraph 1.3 of Resolution N 201). According to these amendments, the frequency of submission of information on the income of individuals by organizations, representative offices, individual entrepreneurs, branches, as well as branches of foreign organizations recognized as tax agents, has been changed, namely: - for 6 months of 2026 - no later than 20.07.2026; - for 12 months of 2026 - no later than 20.01.2027; - for 3, 6, 9, 12 months of 2027 and each subsequent calendar year - no later than the 20th day of the month following the expired period. Thus, information on the income of individuals for 6 months of 2026 must already be provided no later than July 20, 2026. Failure to submit information by tax agents within the prescribed period is subject to administrative liability in accordance with Article 14.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (as amended) in the form of a fine of up to twenty basic units.
