Taking into account the established warm weather, the State Traffic Inspectorate will strengthen control over compliance with traffic rules on local roads and in rest areas. Also, traffic police squads will ensure road safety in places of religious events dedicated to the celebration of Easter. Priority attention will be paid to the timely identification of drunk drivers and people without rights. Additional measures will be taken to curb violations by persons driving two-wheelers.
Raid groups of the special forces traffic police unit "Strela" were sent to the most emergency areas of the Brest region.
