Issuance of a certificate for victims of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant

 The “one window” service of the Stolin District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Stolin District Executive Committee) explains that in order to issue a certificate for a victim of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, other radiation accidents (hereinafter referred to as the victim’s certificate), it is necessary to establish the status of the victim of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, other radiation accidents (hereinafter referred to as the status of the victim).

The establishment of the status of the victim is established by the commission for establishing citizens affected by the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, other radiation accidents, the status of victims of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, other radiation accidents, created under the Stolin regional executive committee.
You can submit an application and receive a certificate for victims of the Chernobyl disaster by contacting the “one window” service of the Stolin District Executive Committee.
When submitting an application, a citizen submits the following documents:
passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus or other identification document;
two photographs 30x40 mm.
Receipt of a victim's certificate by minor citizens is carried out exclusively on the application principle of parents or legal representatives of minors (norms of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 10, 2009 No. 1170).
According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 10, 2009 No. 1170, to establish the status of the victim, a document confirming the citizen’s place of residence in the territory of radioactive contamination is considered, indicating the place and period of residence (certificate issued by the organization operating the housing stock), which, according to the Resolution Council of Ministers dated September 18, 2020 No. 541 is requested by the “one window” service independently.
The certificate is issued within 5 days after the commission makes a decision on establishing the status of a liquidation participant. There is no fee for issuing a certificate for victims of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Reception of interested parties in the “one window” service, located at the address: Stolin, Sovetskaya St., 69, is carried out daily on working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00, Wednesday from 8.00 to 20.00, telephones 8(01655) 2-44-40, 8(01655) 2-11-12 or 142.
