Based on the paragraph of the second paragraph 5 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z “On state regulation of the production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol”, the Stolin District Executive Committee DECIDED:
1. Limit the sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Stolin district from 00.00 to 24.00, with the exception of retail trade at public catering facilities on tap:
May 25, 2024 in connection with events aimed at promoting (popularizing) a healthy lifestyle, preventing and combating drunkenness and alcoholism and dedicated to the “Last School Bell” celebrations;
June 14, 2024 in connection with the holding of graduation ceremonies in institutions of general secondary education;
September 2, 2024 in connection with events aimed at promoting (popularizing) a healthy lifestyle, preventing and combating drunkenness and alcoholism, and dedicated to the “First School Bell” celebrations.
The restrictions specified in part one of this paragraph do not apply to the sale of alcoholic beverages by retail outlets for wedding celebrations and ritual ceremonies.
2. Promulgate (publish) this decision in the newspaper “Naviny Palessya”.
3. This decision comes into force after its official publication.
