The editorial team of "Naviny Palessya" announces the launch of the "MEDIA-START" competition!
It's time to tell the entire district why YOUR SCHOOL IS THE BEST! We're looking for young journalists and directors who can prove this vividly, originally, and convincingly.
What do you need to do? Choose one of two nominations and create a work on the topic "Why is my school the best?":
1. BEST ARTICLE (text up to 5,000 characters + up to 4 high-quality photos).
2. BEST VIDEO (up to 1.5 minutes, where creativity, boldness, and originality are valued!).
Important rules: Any student from any educational institution in the Stolin district can participate. Only one participant from each school in each nomination can win. Submit your entries no later than March 27, 2026, to stolin@polese.by with the subject line "For the Media-Start competition." What awaits the entries and the winners? All articles will be published in the "Naviny Palessya" newspaper throughout the year. Videos will be published on the "Stolin News" social media channels. We will announce the winners in two categories in January 2027. GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive a commemorative statuette and a special gift from the editors! Attention! The editors will evaluate the sincerity, creativity, persuasiveness, and quality of presentation. Don't be afraid to experiment and show your school from the most unexpected side!
