REGISTRATION FOR DH STARTS IN BELARUS

Registration of applicants to participate in centralized testing will take place from April 9 to April 22. The application can be submitted by filling out an electronic form on the RIKZ website or in person by visiting one of the registration points, having with you an identification document (or a copy thereof), a residence permit, a refugee certificate or a certificate issued in case of loss (theft) of a document, identification.

40 educational institutions in large district, regional centers and the capital have been identified as CT conduction points and registration points for its completion. For example, in Minsk there are 12 of them. Among them are BNTU, BSUIR, BGATU, BSMU, BSEU, BSPU named after. M. Tanka, BSU, BSTU, BGUKI, MSLU, International University "MITSO" and the Academy of Management under the President of Belarus. The points will be open from 9.00 to 19.00 (on Saturdays (April 13 and 20) - from 9.00 to 18.00).

After paying the admission fee and processing documents for participation in the TC, the applicant must, no later than April 22, personally pick up the pass(s) at the registration point, having with him an identification document (copy of the document). In this case, the applicant picks up the pass(s) at the registration point where he submitted an application to participate in the TC in person, or at the registration point where the applicant plans to take the TC, in case of submitting an application to participate in the TC through the preliminary system registration. Important: the registration process for participation in the TC is considered completed only after the applicant receives the pass(s). A pass for participation in the TC is considered registered if it bears the seal of the institution determined by the registration point, the signature of an authorized representative of the registration point and the registration number is indicated.

An applicant registered to participate in the centralized exam, held in the year of passing the CT, in two academic subjects, has the right to register for passing the CT in no more than one other academic subject of the entrance test. An applicant registered to participate in the centralized exam, held in the year of passing the CT, in one academic subject, has the right to register for passing the CT in no more than two other academic subjects of the entrance test. Applicants who are not registered to participate in the centralized examination held in the year of passing the CT have the right to register for passing the CT in no more than three academic subjects of entrance examinations.

In accordance with clause 12 of the regulations on the procedure for organizing and conducting centralized testing, documents for registration for participation in the CT can be submitted by legal representatives of minor applicants. This can be done upon presentation of a document (copy of an identity document), a document confirming the status of a legal representative, as well as a copy of the applicant’s identity document. Representatives of applicants can also submit documents, acting on the basis of a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official (upon presentation of an identification document (copy of a document), a power of attorney issued in the manner established by civil law, as well as a copy of the applicant’s identity document).

In 2024, the timing of the CE and CT will be the same. Thus, on May 27, there will be a test for 11th graders in a subject of their choice and at the same time a test for graduates of previous years in one of two specialized subjects - university entrance exams of the choice of applicants. The CE for 11th graders and at the same time the CE for graduates of previous years in the Belarusian or Russian language will be held on May 30 (the language is chosen by the applicant). The CT for the second of two specialized subjects - university entrance exams at the choice of applicants - will be held on June 3 and 6.

The reserve days for passing the CT, if the applicant was unable to pass the test within the main deadline for a valid, documented reason, are determined to be June 19 - it will be possible to take the test in all subjects, June 23 is the second date for passing the test in the Russian and Belarusian languages, as well as June 21 - for other subjects included in the list of academic subjects for the DT. To pass the CT on reserve days, applicants must register from June 10 to June 14.

The start time for central heating, including on reserve days, is 11.00.
