 The One-Stop-Shop informs! A unique identifier is a means of identifying a citizen when carrying out administrative procedures electronically through a personal electronic account on the unified portal of electronic services, i.e. a special login and password. Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated August 22, 2017 No. 637 "On Amendments and Supplements to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Fundamentals of Administrative Procedures" approved the Regulation on the Procedure for Obtaining a Unique Identifier. A unique identifier allows you to: - submit (withdraw) an application for the implementation of administrative procedures; - receive an administrative decision (notification of the decision); - submit (withdraw) administrative complaints electronically in your personal electronic account on the unified portal of electronic services. The list of administrative procedures for which applications are submitted electronically through the single portal of electronic services is defined by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated April 26, 2024, No. 322 "On administrative procedures carried out electronically" Who can obtain a unique identifier? Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to obtain an identifier in Belarus. To obtain an identifier, you must contact the "single window" service with an identity document. The issuance of a unique identifier, as well as the automatic generation of a temporary password are carried out by the "single window" service subject to the following conditions: • the citizen has provided a valid identity document; • a unique identifier has not previously been assigned to the citizen; • the citizen has confirmed the fact of using the telephone number; • the telephone number is not used with another unique identifier; • the accuracy of the information about the citizen specified in the application and the identity document has been established. A temporary password is sent to the citizen via SMS to the phone number they provided in their application. This password can then be changed to your own upon first login to your personal account.
