The Stolin District Emergency Situations Department reminds you

17/03/2026 15:28

The Stolin District Emergency Situations Department reminds you: burning dry vegetation, standing grass, stubble, and crop residues is strictly prohibited by law. The main danger of fires is their uncontrollability. How can they be brought into compliance with the law? The Ministry of Emergency Situations does not prohibit fires on private plots, but requires strict adherence to safety regulations: Burning trash is permitted only in calm weather. The fire should be kept at a safe distance from buildings and flammable materials. You must constantly supervise the burning process. Never leave a fire to burn itself out. Always have a container of water, sand, or a fire extinguisher on hand to immediately stop the flames from spreading. After finishing work, the embers must be completely extinguished until smoldering ceases.
